City of Arlington issued the following announcement on Oct.4.
Plan to attend the Southern Minnesota Book and Art Festival in Henderson October 5th from 10 am to 6 pm. This free one-day event features authors, storytellers, publishers and booksellers, book signings, regional artists, antiques, crafts, a children's pavilion and more!
