City of Delavan issued the following announcement on Dec. 26.
New automatic withdrawal forms were mailed out to you. As of January, if you had your City Bill withdrawn it is no longer active.
The new forms need to be filled out and returned to the city office by January 10, 2020.
If you have not had automatic withdrawal before and wish to now, you can also fill out the form and return it.
**if your form is not received by January 10, 2020 you will need to pay your city bill by cash or check until you have set up the new automatic withdrawal**
