City of Amboy issued the following announcement on Dec. 26.
The 2020 Census is easy and simple. The city receives it's funding from the State based on our population. If you are not counted, less funds are available to the city from the state, which means the city would have higher property taxes and/or utility rates to pay for projects.
BE COUNTED! An invitation to respond to Census 2020 will arrive in March. For more information www.census.gov
