City of Albert Lea issued the following announcement on Dec. 26.
It’s time again for The Annual Gourmet Auction! Now in it's 20th year, this event is sponsored by the Albert Lea Freeborn County Chamber of Commerce and the Big Island Rendezvous and Festival!
Join us on Friday, January 24, 2020 at 5:00 p.m. at Wedgewood Cove Golf Club for this unique event! The social hour begins at 5:00 p.m. The tasting stations will open at 6:30 p.m. and the silent auction runs from 5:30 to 7:25. At 7:30 p.m. the live auction action begins and continues throughout the evening!
With an array of items to bid on and lots of great food to sample and savor, this is a night you don’t want to miss!
Money raised will be used for the 2020 Educational Days at the Big Island Rendezvous and Festival and community projects of the Albert Lea Freeborn County Chamber of Commerce.
