City of Blue Earth issued the following announcement on Jan. 14.
We’re officially open! Due to late season flooding around Christmas, the rink liners floated and had to be reset once the ground refroze. The figure skating rink still has 1/4 of it blocked due to unstable ice. The hockey rink is in good shape.
The schedule will be a bit erratic as we fill in with employees.
Normal Schedule is:
Monday – Friday 4pm – 8pm
Saturday – Sunday 1pm – 8pm
No School (except storms) 1pm – 8pm
We’re closed if the weather drops below 0 or -10 windchill.
We’re still looking for staff, many shifts available.
