City of Gaylord issued the following announcement on Jan. 14.
The City of Gaylord is accepting Letters of Interest for a vacant council seat. The City Council regretfully accepted Tom Homme’s resignation. Please direct your Letters of Interested to Gaylord City Office attention Lory Young, City Administrator. You may also email them to me at lyoung@exploregaylord.org. There is also a drop box on the south side of the building open twenty-four hours a day. Letters need to be received by 4:30 pm on January 17th, 2020.
We also have spots open on our Economic Development Authority, Parks and Recreation Committee, Historical Preservation Committee, Planning and Zoning and Charter Commission. We are also looking for volunteers for the Gaylord Ambulance Service. Please feel free to stop in or call with any questions.
