City of Alden issued the following announcement on Feb. 18.
The Awesome Alden Cemetery Volunteer Group is collecting donations for the maintenance and upkeep of the cemetery. People wishing to help out this worthy cause, can drop off donations at the Alden City Office anytime, between March 1st thru May 31st, 2020, and checks can be written out to ,”The City of Alden”. The Alden Area Community Foundation has kindly agreed to match donations to the Alden Cemetery, up to $2,500. We hope to help out this great cause!
