Watonwan County Humane Society issued the following announcement on April 13.
Felix has been with us for a while. He is now in foster care and doing great. He has good house manners, is house trained, crate trained (although doesn't need it), good with resident dogs, comes when called, stays close. He is strong and needs some work on leash manners but otherwise is a real good dog.
