City of Albert Lea issued the following announcement on June 5.
At Leadership Development Resources, I know that you want to be a leader of influence. In order to do that, you need leadership skills. The problem is you don't know where to go, which makes you feel stuck. I believe leadership is a journey. As someone who has worked with many community leaders just like you, I understand your frustration, which why I am here to help!
Here's how simple it is:
1. Choose one of my Mastermind classes (attached is the flyer with more details).
2. Read the book and participate in a weekly facilitated discussion with other leaders.
3. Learn skills you can use right now to become a more confident leader.
