Blooming Grove United Methodist Church issued the following announcement on July 30.
Come join us in community for our second weekend of Prairie Lakes Parish Drive-Up Worship:
Saturday at 6:45 P.M. at the Waterville Evangelical parking lot/side street and/or Sunday at 9:00 A.M. at the Janesville UMC parking lot. (Church hosts for the following weekend will be Blooming Grove UMC and Waterville Evangelical UMC.)
Attached below is this weekend's bulletin and hymn sheet. Feel free to print a copy and bring it along with you, or follow along here on Facebook. (Paper copies will not be provided on Saturday/Sunday.) The bulletin also contains our drive-up worship guidelines to help keep everyone as safe as possible in these days of COVID-19. We thank you, in advance, for your hearty support of these guidelines in order to make our drive-up worship venue a success that can be continued for weeks to come.
Our FM transmitter is now up and running, so you have the option of enjoying each service with your windows rolled down - or - over the radio at FM station 88.3, in the air-conditioned comfort of your vehicle. (Transmission range is limited to each parking area.)
In event of inclement weather, any cancellation notices will be posted on our Prairie Lakes Parish Facebook page.
Note: we will continue to offer our on-line Facebook worship as well, available each Sunday on our Prairie Lakes Facebook page, beginning at 8:00 A.M. This week's on-line service will include Holy Communion.
