66 percent of applicants to Gustavus Adolphus College were admitted for fall 2018

At Gustavus Adolphus College, 99 percent of undergraduate students are traditional students - age 24 or younger - and 58 percent are female, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The four-year private not-for-profit institution in Saint Peter enrolled 2,241 students in fall 2018, all in undergraduate programs, data shows. 1.7 percent of undergraduates transferred from another college or university.

78 percent of undergraduates are residents of Minnesota, and 19 percent are residents of other states. 3 percent are citizens of foreign countries.

The undergraduate student body is comprised mostly of students who identify as white (77 percent) and Asian (6 percent).

The school admitted 66 percent of the 5,168 students who applied for fall 2018. Of those who were admitted, 19 percent enrolled.
