City of Blue Earth issued the following announcement on Aug. 27.

Astech Corp. will begin the 2020 Bituminous Seal Coating Project on Monday, August 31, 2020. The project area includes South Ramsey Street, Valley Drive, Upper Valley Drive and Fairview Street in Blue Earth, MN.
