City of Frost issued the following announcement on Sept. 2.
City of Frost requires all residents to license their pets. Please stop at the City hall to get/renew your pet's license. $5.00 for a cat or dog that is spayed or neutered. $7.50 if they are not. All pets need to be up to date on rabies shots before a license will be issued. Licenses are due by the end of September or fines may be imposed.
