There are still spots available for this workshop! Powerful Tools for Caregivers - a 6-week education series to reduce effects of caregiving and to practice self-care.
Classes are Thursdays from May 5 - June 9, 3 - 4:30 p.m. in the Saint Peter Community Center, Room 219.
