City Of St. Peter recently issued the following announcement.
St. Peter we need you....to serve as a volunteer on City Council advisory boards and commissions. Vacancies currently exist on the Heritage Preservation Commission, Housing and Redevelopment Authority, Library Board and Planning and Zoning Commission. Most groups meet for an hour a month.
To be eligible, you must reside within the corporate limits of St. Peter and commit to making the regular meeting dates and times. Information on all of these boards, and an application to apply for appointment, are available on the City's website (https://www.saintpetermn.gov/325/Commissions-Boards).
