What happens now that the 2022 State Primary Election is over?
The Auditor-Treasurer has the following tasks:
-Update Election Day registrants into the state voter registration system
-Officially notify the candidates who are moving onto the Primary
-Retain all paper documents from the election, including the original ballots, for 22 months in a locked storeroom
-And get ready for the General Election on November 8th! Candidate filing closed on Tuesday so we are prepping our ballot order!
