City Of Good Thunder issued the following announcement on Oct. 18.
We have had some issues with Zoning Permits lately.
Here is a reminder of the information needed; Drawing and Payment must also be submitted with the completed application to be considered for approval.
GENERAL INFORMATION
1) Address- street address of the property
2) Owner- name and address of property owner
3) Description- describe the proposed construction activity, including the dimensions of the building or structure
4) Use/Occupancy- indicate how the building will be used or occupied
ZONING INFORMATION
1) Setbacks- front yard (ft.), rear yard (ft.), and side yard (ft.) setbacks
2) Lot dimensions- width (ft.), depth (ft.), and coverage (percentage of the lot covered by structures)
3) Height of the structure (ft. and stories
