Nicollet County is home to one registered sex offender in November

There was the same number of registered sex offenders living in Nicollet County in November compared to the previous month, according to the Minnesota Public Registrant Search.

There is one sex offender registered in Nicollet County in November.

The Registry shows this sex offender is not a sexual predator. In Minnesota, convicted predatory offenders also are subject to certain mandatory sentencing laws that are designed to minimize their chances to re-offend.

Minnesota legislation about sex offenders and predators is currently being evaluated and revised, such as if offenders with good behavior can be removed from the Registry.

Contact included sexual touching and penetration. Lange gained access to the victim while serving as a mentor. He used his position of authority to gain and exploit trust. Lange used manipulation, confusion and naivety to maintain control.
