Springfield Public Library issued the following announcement on Dec. 13.
Hey kids - stop at the library this week to pick up a craft kit to make this holiday mobile. Craft is designed for children ages 5 and older.
WE love seeing the faces of smiling children. Please have the children come with you to get the craft.
