Owatonna Township issued the following announcement on Jan. 11.
Winter parking restrictions are enforced nightly through March 31 REGARDLESS OF WEATHER CONDITIONS. Even-numbered dates = park on even numbered side of street . Odd-numbered dates = park on odd numbered side of street. No parking restrictions (unless otherwise posted) from noon until midnight.
Park prior to midnight on the side of the street that corresponds with the next day’s date. Scan to use the Winter Parking Map app!
