Census Bureau: 77.7% of people in Faribault County were old enough to vote in 2021

Of the 13,933 citizens living in Faribault County in 2021, 77.7% were old enough to vote, equating to 10,825 individuals, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained on Oct. 26.

Further breakdown reveals that of the voting-eligible population, 5,414 were male, constituting 50%, and 5,411 were female, making up 50%.

The percentage of citizens old enough to vote in Faribault County during 2021 was higher than the state average, which stands at 76.7%.
