Louis Magers and Tanner Shumski, former Mankato West High School standouts, played on Tuesday, Feb. 25 in NCAA Division II baseball game

Louis Magers and Tanner Shumski

On Tuesday, Feb. 25, former Mankato West High School standouts Louis Magers and Tanner Shumski’s current college team, the Minnesota State Mankato Mavericks, won 8-5 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Northern State Wolves.

The game took place at ISG Field. This was their third matchup against the Wolves this season.

The Mavericks’ next game is scheduled for Wednesday, Feb. 26 at 12 p.m. at ISG Field against Northern State Wolves.
