Madam Speaker, had I been present for the vote on Agreeing to the Lamb Amendment En Bloc No. 1, I would have voted nay; had I been present for the vote on Agreeing to the Defazio Amendment En Bloc No. 3, I would have voted nay; had I been present for the vote on Agreeing to the Defazio Amendment En Bloc No. 4, I would have voted nay; and had I been present for the vote on Agreeing to the Van Duyne Amendment No. 108, I would have voted Yea.
