The Blue Earth County Property and Environmental Resources Department has announced that the second half of 2025 property taxes for manufactured homes and agricultural properties are due by Monday, November 17, 2025. Payments not received or postmarked by this date will incur a penalty.
Property owners have several options to pay their taxes. Payments can be mailed to the department at PO Box 3567, Mankato, MN 56002-3567, provided they are postmarked on or before the due date. In-person payments can be made at the Property and Environmental Resources office on the second floor of the Government Center at 410 S 5th Street during business hours from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Online payments are available with a credit card fee of 3.50% or an eCheck fee of $1.45 per transaction via the County’s website at https://publicaccess.blueearthcountymn.gov/. Drop boxes for payments are located at the Government Center near Door B and at Cub Foods on Madison Avenue in Mankato.
Taxpayers may also pay at MinnStar Bank in Lake Crystal or St. Clair State Bank in St. Clair during each bank's operating hours; tax statements should be brought to confirm payment amounts.
For those interested in automated payments, enrollment is available online at www.blueearthcountymn.gov/automaticpayment. However, new enrollees will only be eligible for automatic payments starting with taxes due in 2026.
